H4 Extension before I797 Expiry date Or I-94 Expiry Date

My H1 extension is in progress and waiting for to receive receipt notice from USCIS.

But my spouse and son's I797 is expiring on 28-Feb-2021 and I-94 is expiring on 10-March-2021.

Before which date, I should file an H4 extension for my dependents?

Please help.
