Hi Everyone,

I have approved I-140 (older than three years) and for personal reasons, I have already used six years of my H1B  but as I have approved I-140, I got another three years of extension.

I am planning to move to India. I will be working for the same company (from their Indian branch) but I wanted to see that after staying in India for the next 7 years if I want to come back to the USA.

1. Will I able to come using H1B as Cap Exempt (approved I-140)? or Do I need to enroll in the lottery or whatever it looks like at that time

2. Can My Employer file EB1-C while I am in India (after one year working in India) and if that gets approved then can  I come directly come to the USA on a green card?

3. What if I work remotely for three years from India (as I my job is remote) and get paid in US salary (will pay all the tax).. will it affect the next H1B renewal? or green card?
