shekars1990 Posted February 7, 2021 Report Share Posted February 7, 2021 Hi, My spouse has H1b validity until 2021 December and I have my H4 and H4 EAD valid until then. I am also currently working at a tech company since I have an EAD. However, he is planning on changing jobs this February and we have a travel planned to India on March 26th. Due to current biometrics requirement, my H4 would not complete the processing along with his premium processing of H1B. So, we were thinking of going to India for stamping along with his new H1B. Will this impact my current EAD ? Also, will I be out of status if I dont file for H4 change along with his H1B transfer? Quote Link to comment
