H1-H4 COS, Trading in 401k

Recommended Posts

I have been employed for 10+ years in US and have multiple rollover 401k accounts. I am planning to quit the workforce soon and switch to a H4 dependent visa. My husband does not have his I-140 yet and I cannot get a EAD status at this point.

I am mainly a swing trader. I do not do options, shorts or a lot of day trading. I do occasionally close out on a stock the same day of purchase if the price falls below my buy point.

Can I continue to trade stocks in my retirement accounts (Rollover, IRA, ROTH, HSA) considering this is my account to begin with, and that I will not be contributing to it anymore?

Any other limitations I am not thinking of?
