Then my employer filed the H1B extension and it got approved on 17th March 2020 (just before the COVID lockdown). I have received the soft copy of the approved petition. But I have not received the hardcopy yet, as the offices are closed now. And now there has been several changes in the H1B Laws. Under such case, what are the possibilities that I can still get the visa ? Quote Link to comment
