During this period my job profile has changed few times and location has changed once. My priority date is in March 2010. My Perm and I140 history is given below 1st Perm and I140 (EB3) - Location A and Job Profile X 2nd Perm and I140 (EB2) - Location A and job Profile Y Since then location has changed and my job profile has also changed (Location B and job Profile Z) and my company is in the process of filing my 3rd Perm My question is: Given that EB3 final action date is current for my priority date, can I move back to Location A and have my company file a new I140 in EB3 category for Profile Y using my 2nd Perm.
