caritesh Posted January 29, 2021 Report Share Posted January 29, 2021 Hello, My H1B was approved on June 2020, but have not received the biometrics for H4 yet. My wife already had an H4 EAD that expired on Sep 2020, and I had not applied for H4 EAD extension along with my H1B extension. Is it possible to file for H4 EAD extension, when the new H4 is still in process? The latest i94 expired back in Sep 2020. Will this pose a challenge when applying for the H4 EAD without an approved H4? Thanks! Quote Link to comment
