DESISTRUGGLEINUSA
Hi , I am currently on H1B and holding I140 (2012) priority date with Employer A. Due to some issues, Employer A wants to file new labor and I140 and port existing 2012 priority date while filing new I140 petition. I've got a new job but I am currently having RFE with the Employer B. Question: 1) Is it fine if Employer A file new Labor/I140 for same beneficiary. 2) What happens to my existing I140 if the new labor/I140 is pending or approved or rejected with employer A. 3) Can I still port my previous I140 (2012 filed one) with Employer B if h1-b visa with employer B is approved and if i have new labor approved with employer A. 4) Can I still port my previous I140 (2012 filed one) with Employer B if h1-b visa with employer B is approved and if i have new I140 approved or pending or rejected with employer A. Any help appreciated Quote Link to comment
Zodiac System
You should be able to port your pervious I140 (2012) date. Quote Link to comment
