How to extend beyond my I94 Expire date due to Health condition

Hi...

I need your guidance on my current situation :  

 1. My current H1 B Visa & I-94 expires on 19-March-2021.  

2. I140 got denied and awaiting for the denial reason to resubmit through my employer.

3. H1 Extension for also got denied.

4. I have 1 month of period where I traveled to India in 2020 [ Out of USA during this overall H1B Visa].

5. We are going to have a C-section planned on 01-March. As per doctor's advise, need to be present for 6-8 weeks post delivery for recovery. 

 

Can you please help me to understand the options here ? 

1. Is there any option to extend my H1 for that 1 month period ? 

2. Is there any option to stay up to 60 days after the expiration of visa to citing our medical conditions?

3. How long we can stay here in order to get the passport for our new born baby ?

4. How safe to travel to India in this COVID situation with our new  born baby ?

 

Note : My employer is not revealing the H1 Extension denial reason as well as the I140 denial reason.
