ANBUCHINNA3007 Posted January 27, 2021 Report Share Posted January 27, 2021 Hi, Here is my background, I'm on H1B visa. I went to India in Nov 2019 to get H1B stamping along COS (F1 to H1B). I got stamped and re-entered the US in Dec 2019. The H1B stamping is valid till Aug 2022 but I changed my employer in May 2020. I want to travel to India in the month of May 2021 for some personal reason. My concern is that should I get stamped to re-enter the USA or is it good to travel with the current visa stamping on passport (got it when I was with my old employer) to India and re-enter to the USA without any issue.
