One step GC application for mother

My mom, age 72 seeking green card, to be able to live with me, as my dad is longer there. My mom is a citizen of India, currently in India. She has a valid tourist visa, planning to travel in MAY 2021. 

 

 

Questions:

1. Can i do one-step application for her after she arrives in USA? 

 

2. She does not have a birth certificate, She has other govt issued IDs(aadhar, pancard, passport) for proof of birthdate and address. I dont think its feasible for her to fetch the Non-availability of Birth certificate from from birth place which is pretty far from her current location in india. What valid documents can be provided to ensure application is accepted. 

 

 

3. can i do this application by myself or do i need an attorney attestation. 

 

 

4. What will happen, if she is here and her application is in process/pending and her tourist visa expires in 6months, Should I  apply I 131 along with I130 and I485, for her to be able to travel in and out the USA
