phani567 Posted January 20, 2021 Report Share Posted January 20, 2021 Hi , my H1 visa got approved with cos on 10/30/2020 and have applied h4 cos for my wife on 11/15/2020 with nunc pro tunc process . We haven't recieved any reciept notice till now as USCIS is taking more time to process the applications. How long can she stay in USA without reciept notice and reciept notice? Quote Link to comment
