VBVB
Dear All, Can you please help on the below scenarios ? (1) I am currently on H1b1 visa and finished five years of H1B1 visa. By the end of November, six years will be completed. I have an approved H1b from 2018 October to 2021 November which is not activated under counselor processing. If I convert from H1b1 to H1b, will I get three years visa under H1b? (2) Lets assume that I have initiated green card process and I-140 is under process. Will I be able to extend my H1b1? (3) If i continue to be on H1b1 and if i don’t activate the H1b, what will be happen to H1b after November 2021? Thanks, Edited January 16, 2021 by VBVB Quote Link to comment
LeaveMessageH1B
1. Most certainly No. You get 6 years in any combination. 2. You need approved i140. 3. You max out, no more extension without approved i140. Quote Link to comment
