Can i switch to H4 COS and work in valid EAD? 3. a) Later can an employer file H1B COS ( after next 2 years) in cap exempt - say same or different employer? b) If the current H1B is withdrawn by the current employer (within the next 2 years), can an employer still file H1b COS under cap exempt later?
