Z03 Posted January 5, 2021 Report Share Posted January 5, 2021 My f1 visa was cancelled by stamping 22 cfr 41.122(h)(3) on f1 visa page and the page before at abudhabi the reason is due to the fact that I was engaged in unauthorized employment while on F1 status (working in a store on f1 status).Currently I am working in India .Can my employer file my H1B visa ?. JoeF Posted January 6, 2021 Report Share Posted January 6, 2021 You violated the terms of the F1. While an employer can file an H1 petition for you in the quota it will be hard to get approval. Quote Link to comment
