smahank Posted January 5, 2021 Report Share Posted January 5, 2021 Hi, Q1: My spouse has H1B visa (ending in Sep 2020), if I apply for H4 & H4-EAD , would approval of H4 visa automatically cancel H1B or Can she still hold H1B & H4 two status at a time ? Q2: Can she work on H1 till sep 2020 until H4-EAD gets approved( assuming H4 is approved and H4- EAD in progress) ? Thanks Santosh Quote Link to comment
