nsvisa Posted January 3, 2021 Report Share Posted January 3, 2021 Hi, I have worked in USA on H1B visa for close to 6 years, I am still left with 58 days before end to end 6 years max out. Then I moved out of USA in december 2019. Now I have completed one year outside USA. If my H1B is applied in march 2021 cap, will I get cap exempt or will I have to go through lottery also.
