With my approval i797 copy i applied h4 in April and gave finger prints in November and got approval last week for validity from 14-May-2020 to 11-Mar-2023. This doesn't match with the validity I have with current company. I did apply for another job in august for a transfer and I got it approved from 6-Aug-2020 to 11-mar-2023 but for some reasons I didn't join that company and requested them to withdraw. Looks like they didn't withdraw and the end validity on the h4 is matching with the transfer company validity. Since i didn't join that company, is this a valid one? or do I need to correct with USCIS? I will be applying my H1b extension in Feb and do i need to re apply h4 again or continue with the validity we have until 2023? Quote Link to comment
