Hi, 

My F1 is pending (I 539) and my new employer is applying for H1B COS. what all documents I can submit to get I 797A.

I have F1 stamping only (expired) moved to H1B oct 2019 (no stamping) and laid off in May 2020, applied for F1 (again) I 539 is pending. Found a new employer willing to file H1B, Full time, same specialist occupation, what argument should i made to get I 797A
