raghav88 Posted January 1, 2021 Report Share Posted January 1, 2021 I recently changed my employer and the transfer petition is approved till 2023. I am in US since last 7 years (I140 approved) and the latest Visa stamping happened in 2015 when I was with my previous employer. Basically I dont have any visa stamp with my new employer. So my question is does executive order prevents me also from getting stamping if I travel to India in Feb/March? I read in one of the exception given in EO that you are exempted as long as you are going back to same employer. I am not sure what does same employer means, should it be the same employer during last stamping which happened in 2015 ? Quote Link to comment
