H4 Extension showing Approved Online but Hard Copy not received but H1B Hard Copy received

I had a case where my & my spouse extension got applied at the same time. I received my H1B Extension but not received my spouse H4 extension hard copy but when checking receipt online it shows H4 Approved and decision is mailed. We also checked with USCIS and they also telling that they already sent hard copy. This happened back in Sep'2019. My Spouse have old I94 valid till Jun'2019. At that time as we received my extension along will valid I94. We thought to Visit India and get the stamping done, but now due to COVID. We were not able to travel.

Please let me know if this is fine to have Approved status online to show along with my valid H1B visa or did we need to have her I94. If so then how?
