TopGun84
I went to India last year May during which my I94 for new Company (A) got approved. During US re-entry I did not show them the new I94 since I entered on old Company (B) H1B Visa. Now the Port of Entry I94 issued by CBP has expired on September 2020, however after I changed my Company (from B to A) last year July, my new I94 is valid till Jan 2022. What are my options of getting the Port Of Entry o94 corrected? Quote Link to comment
rksingh
Your situation is not clear.......When exactly did you re-enter US and when exactly did your new employer file H1B? Quote Link to comment
pontevecchio
You needed to have used the approved petition from B to enter. Let your employer know and ask for help. Quote Link to comment

Hi, I re-entered US on June 5th 2019. My new employer filed H1b before I went to India. I went to India on May 28th 2019. During my India stay my new employer petition got approved.
