I worked for him 2 years . After lot of discussion , i found that he is cheating and he has no intention to pay those wages. At the time of resignation ( May 2020 ) he mentioned that , i will check your balances and settle them. Till now he didn't paid those wages and not even responding to my calls and emails. what are my options now ? i have email proofs , chat history and also approved timesheets at client site.
