Is it ok to work for employer A and also employer B's end client simultaneously

I am currently working for Employer A full time and I got a contract job offer from Employer B.
Employer B is going to file for H1b transfer in a few days. I don't want to quit Employer A without a approved H1b transfer , but end-client for Employer B wants me to start as soon as possible.

Is it ok to work for employer A and also employer B's end client simultaneously, but quit Employer A and get on employer B's pay roll only after H1b transfer is approved ? Just looking for advices, don't want to do anything against the law.
