ml98
I am currently working for Employer A full time and I got a contract job offer from Employer B.Employer B is going to file for H1b transfer in a few days. I don't want to quit Employer A without a approved H1b transfer , but end-client for Employer B wants me to start as soon as possible. Is it ok to work for employer A and also employer B's end client simultaneously, but quit Employer A and get on employer B's pay roll only after H1b transfer is approved ? Just looking for advices, don't want to do anything against the law. Edited December 13, 2020 by ml98 Quote Link to comment

lovely
At anytime you need to be paid by one employer only and not both, make up your mind on where you want to be and work with your employers. Quote Link to comment
