So will this be a problem for me if I applied for H1B. Zodiac System Posted April 1, 2021 Report Share Posted April 1, 2021 (edited) Please give a copy of these Govt. records with correct names, to your educational board/university and request them to correct the spelling in your educational documents. Take board/university's receipt signature/stamp on your name update request letter copy and keep it in your records along with the educational documents when submitting your documents for H1b.
