saranyaadurai
Hi, My husband got his initial H1B approved during 2011 and came to US in 2011 Dec. After getting extension in 2015 Jan (spent 2.8 yrs in US) , he went back to India. He again came to US in L1A blanket during 2018 April and has filed for L1A extension now. Is it possible for us to move from L1A to old H1B (still 3 yrs) or L1A time captured during 2018 April to 2020 Dec will override 3 years left on H1B ? Quote Link to comment
Zodiac System
If your husband has an employer ready to file for his transfer, the employer/attorney can try a status change to H1b from L1A, using previously approved H1b copies. H1b is always filed by the employer. Good Luck Quote Link to comment
