I then switched a couple of employers, my I-140 still being the one filed by employer A. I had to resign and return to India in October 2020 due to urgent family issues. pontevecchio Posted December 12, 2020 Report Share Posted December 12, 2020 Once PERM is approved, the employer has 6 months to file the I-140 and once the i-140 is approved, that PERM is immaterial. This has nothing to do with being outside. Quote Link to comment
