RFE: Maintainance of Status

Hi,

  I am stuck out of US since March due to travel restrictions. My employer filed my extention and I got an RFE stating: Extention of stay requested where the beneficiary departed the United states Prior to Filing I129.

I am looking to see if this can be responded or not and if yes how. My employer is saying we will be providing salary slips for the whole year. If this is not the solution what other options I have. Can I opt for H1 transfer?

I am confused and not sure what should be my next step as I am running out of time. Any advice will be highly appreciated.

Why did the employer file with EOS when you are abroad??? This needs to be with Consular Notification.

The EOS will get denied, the H1 extension may still be approved. You need to get a new visa.
