raghu3489 Posted November 22, 2020 Report Share Posted November 22, 2020 My h1b visa got approved 2017 through A company internal project, and then in 2019 transferred visa to B company got approved. In August 2020 received NOIR indicates that the previous H1-B petition filed by your prior employer was revoked on April 2020 due to finding of fraud. As this previous petition was a H1B cap case , the immigration service has taken the position that you are now subject to CAP, therefore making B company petition invalid.
