Krishna_SK Posted November 18, 2020 Report Share Posted November 18, 2020 Hi all, My h1b is approved in June 2020, but Im yet to receive the approval notice yet from my employer. Im an F1 OPT to H1B transitioning employee. My employer denies responding to me and doesn’t respond to my emails or calls for my request to share the document. What can i make them to share this approval notice. My State Id and DL have expired when my OPT ended in April 2020. My employer is located half way across the country. Im completely locked out in this situation. Any suggestions or ideas provided are much appreciated please? thanks in-advance. Quote Link to comment
