to_vaib Posted November 16, 2020 Report Share Posted November 16, 2020 Hello, My mother is here on B1/B2 Visa and I have filed her I-130 and I-485 together for her Green Card under Family Category. When she entered US in Aug'20, she was allowed a stay for 6 months, so her current I-94 is expiring in Feb 2021. Would she have to leave the country if the 485 is still pending by Feb 2021? OR she can stay based on her AOS application? Please let me know. Quote Link to comment
