vikas_bose
Hi Team, Currently, I have RFE on specialty occupation, and I don't believe my attorney is providing a good reply for that even after repeated requests. My OPT ends in FEB 2021. Initially, I planned to apply for premium processing to get results earlier. But now we have an immigration friendly president who is planning to reverse the previous immigration stance. I am assuming that I will have favorable chances of approval if the office corrects my FEB application than now due to the new administration change. I am debating whether to have my application under premium or not. This is my last h1b chance, so I am a little extra careful. Is my assumption correct? Does not having a premium on my application improve my chances? Quote Link to comment
