priyagupta Posted November 4, 2020 Report Share Posted November 4, 2020 Hello, I received my i 140 approved in EB1 category whereas it was filed in EB2 category. My attorney is saying that it can be a typo and they have informed USCIS about it. My question is if it is a typo or USCIS somehow decided for EB1 instead of EB 2.
