H4 RFE - Incomplete Application Page 1

Hi,

I received RFE for my wife's H4 extension.

I got my H1 approval in Premium processing (without RFE) sometime in Feb 2020.

My wife's H4 took 8 months and received RFE stating "Failed to properly complete the Form I-539".

Not providing the U.S Physical address is the actual reason for this RFE. (Since my mailing address & Physical are the same, I didn't provide this information when filing)

The RFE letter just stated "provide this information". In this case, do I need to fill & Submit Form I 539 again or just the page 1 in I 539( where the Physical address fields are present).

Since my last filing in Feb, the Form I-539 got updated with the new edition & expiration date.

What should I do in this case?
