chinkss Posted October 23, 2020 Report Share Posted October 23, 2020 Hi, My I-140 is approved in eb2 from the old employer and new employer filled in EB3 and got RFE (Request for Initial Evidence). Attorney is planning to send AOS based on I-140 in EB3, now I'm worried what will happen. Any one know what is RFE called Request for Initial Evidence? Thanks in advance! Quote Link to comment
