H1B Sponsor for Bootcamps

Recommended Posts

I am currently working on H4 EAD as an interior designer. I am planning to complete a bootcamp in UI Design and switch careers.
I have 2 questions:
1. Since I don't have a formal degree in UI Design, can companies sponsor my H1B as a UI Designer?
2. What would be the minimum requirements for any company to sponsor an H1B for me as a UI Designer?

Bootcamp stuff doesn't qualify for an H1. You would have to have a 4-year degree for an H1.

Quite frankly, bootcamps are a waste of time and money. They may teach you some of the current how, but they don't teach you the why. And in UI, stuff changes every 6 months. Enroll in a good college.
