Manish1234 Posted October 15, 2020 Report Share Posted October 15, 2020 Hi Sir/Madam, I have a valid H1b visa on passport till 2022 with my previous employer and my current employer is about to start my Labor/Perm process for I140 sometime this month and I'm planning to go to India next week. Is it okay to travel when my labor/perm is in process? Do I need to go for stamping again for new employer H1b? Quote Link to comment
