VRVimal Posted October 14, 2020 Report Posted October 14, 2020 (edited) Hi, Our current situation is, we have our kids passport (with stamped H4 valid till Dec 2021) lost in mail due to this COVID-19 situation and got that reissued / renewed from the consulate. Now, my question is, current I94 validity (Nov 21, 2020) which is earlier than the original I797 & stamped H4 VISA due to H1B's passport expiry situation upon entering the USA in the POE. what are my options to get the new I94 in this case, as we don't have an valid stamping without traveling to home country?! Have a police report, original I797A for the dependent and photo copy of lost passport & VISA stamping. Any help could be really appreciated there! Thanks in advance!!
