Have all experience and details as they requested but was still denied. What is the recommendation as next steps? I 140 was submitted under EB1 - multinational manager / executive category. Can we re-apply ? what are the chances Is there any other way ? Please guide. Thanks Quote
waytoomuchwait Posted February 4, 2021 Report Posted February 4, 2021 Best bet would be to re apply instead of appeal. Appeal can take much longer. Re-apply with extremely strong evidence. If you don't mind can you let me know which law firm you/your employer used to apply? Quote
