I moved to full time and my Perm process is yet to start in new company B, They promised will do in EB2. My Ex-Employer(Company-A) is ready to down grade my approved petition from EB2 to EB3. If the GC dates goes back , Can my current employer ( Company-B) port the priority date from company A , which I down graded from EB2 to EB3?
