I am applying for my I485 this month. mine + my wife who is on H4.

my wife is on H4 and will get her H1b in next couple of months. she did not applied yet but her employer will apply soon.

she is on H4 EAD, has approved i140 and completed 10 years on h1b.

 

can her employer apply her new h1b while her AOS pending with my 485 application (I am principal and she is dependent )?
