H1BUser24 Posted October 9, 2020 Report Posted October 9, 2020 Hello, I have PERM/I-140 approved through employer based (EB2) green card sponsorship, if my EAD gets approved, could I still file and get EAD/GC through family based sponsorship because it would be much faster if my 21 old child is eligible to sponsor me? Can I have 2 EADs through EB and FB or do I need to cancel the EB EAD and then file family based EAD? Thanks. Quote
