samy_3d
Hi, Any idea if guaranteed RSU (restricted stock units) is considered for H1B (and perm) filing to meet the prevailing wage for a given level? Most of the companies (especially in tech) pay a major portion of total compensation using RSUs and the base salary is usually kept at a pretty low level. Thanks! Quote Link to comment
JoeF
No. Only salary counts. And most companies in tech give people stock options in addition to the good salary, not instead. Edited October 9, 2020 by JoeF Quote Link to comment
