CAN I APPLY FOR EAD WITH I-140 FROM MY PREVIOUS EMPLOYER

Good Morning !

I have I-140 approved [Priority Date - 2013] from my previous Employer but a year back i moved to a New Company, so can i apply for i-485 [EAD] with reference to the I-140 approval or should i have to go through the PERM/I-140 process with the New Employer ?

Appreciate if any one could help in letting me know the process to follow.
