comic99 Posted October 5, 2020 Report Share Posted October 5, 2020 Greetings I was recently charged with criminal mischief for which i was given 2 years of probation, duo to recent development with the green card priority dates my green card date(EB2) has become current. so my question is how sage it is to apply for green card when i am serving probation. in other words what are my chances of my case getting approved while i am on probation. thanks in advance Quote Link to comment
