DallasCiti Posted October 5, 2020 Report Share Posted October 5, 2020 I want to understand my future options, can you please advice . My Current H1-B is valid up to 2022 . My EB2 PD is Dec 2012. I am planning to get married next year .Can I bring my spouse as dependent on H-4 from India? If am ok to downgrade to EB3 assuming that I will use my H1-B and will not use advance parole or EAD. Next year or in future assuming the date if filing is 11/2012 can I update my AOS to EB2 and add my spouse. Quote Link to comment
