Nevimi Posted October 5, 2020 Report Share Posted October 5, 2020 Hi, My H4 extension is denied as H1B extension denied. But since H1B Amendment is pending, my husband can stay until decision comes. Since I am out of status now, I would like to convert to B2 visa. My i94 is expired so can i file change of status from H4 to B2 ? or Can I file DS 160 ? Please help! Quote Link to comment
