My H1B EXTN , Spouse’s H4 EXTN and Son’s H4 EXTN APPLIED TOGETHER and still in Pending . My Spouse NEW H1B is approved.

Hi ,

I am on H1B and my I-94 was expired on 5th August 2020.

On 22nd July 2020, I filed for H1B extension and H4 extension for my spouse and my Son (Minor). Still it is in-pending state.

On 30th June 2020, my Spouse already filed for H1B and it was approved on 26th August 2020 and it is valid from 1 October 2020.

Please advise on below questions

1.       Please let me know how to cancel my Spouse’s H4 extension?

2.       I do not want to cancel my Son’s H4 extension. If we cancel my Spouse’s H4 extension, what will happened to my Son’s H4 extension?
