vk243 Posted October 1, 2020 Report Share Posted October 1, 2020 Hello , I have H1-B Stamped Visa Untill April 2021 and due to covid ban situation I see normal interview slot(Not emergency) for my spouse H4 open in March 2021. So, can she appear for interview in March 2021 and expecting visa stamp? or Do we need to wait untill I file my extension and it gets approved and then both of them should appear interview? I was hoping she can attend h4 interview with current visa and explaining that extension in progress so that she can get stamped and entire into USA? Bit confused/Paranoid situation.. any clear suggestions is highly appreciated. Quote Link to comment
