Then I changed to Company B and Company B filed I-140 in EB2 earlier this month. My Perm is still valid (180 days validity). Can I file for new I-140 in EB3 with June 2014 as priority date ? Can I file for new I-140 in EB3 with already an I-140 EB2 application pending. Thanks!! Quote
